Small, bushy evergreen shrub with small glossy, dark green, convex leaves. The flowers are small, dull white, followed by black fruits. Perfect plant for creating different shapes,topiaries and borders. Dwarf Japanese ilex is also used in groups of low shrubs, a hedge or for a rock garden, compact and slow growth and small leaves, densely spaced makes it ideal for pruning. The variety is not demanding and is resistant to diseases.
