Phlox subulata Fort Hill is an aromatic ground cover evergreen. It spreads like a dark green carpet with delicate pink and white striped flowers, which bloom from spring to early summer. Suppresses weeds and needs little attention. A superb plant for sunny rock gardens, for edging or mixed with other plants in decorative pots.
