Laburnum is a native beautiful ornamental tree or shrub. Blooms in late spring with yellow flowers, densely spaced on long (20 cm.) drooping inflorescences with a sweet aroma. Wood is heavy, yellow to brown in color and flexible. With its propensity for bushy growth, Laburnum is suitable for fencing / hedge, but also for an accent in a lawn. It grows fast.
