Laurel

Bay laurel is an evergreen shrub with dark green elliptical leaves. It reaches approx 6 m. height and has irregular growth. It tolerates trimming well and one of its most common uses is for hedges. Blooms with white flowers in spring, and later it forms small fruits, which are poisonous. Laurel is a fast-growing plant. It is relatively easy to grow. It also tolerates shady places.
