Perennial evergreen shrub with soft variegated leaves and white flowers, which are honey-like and have a scent similar to jasmine. It is not capricious and very easy to watch. Loves the sun, but it also develops well in partial shade. It is used as a standalone accent in the yard, but tolerates pruning and is therefore suitable for forming a hedge.
