Picea Daisy,
Picea glauca ‘Daisy’s White’ 8/10 cm.
Picea glauca ‘Daisy’s White‘ is a beautiful dwarf evergreen conifer with a compact, pyramidal to conical shape and dense growth, which changes colors throughout the year. In the spring there is creamy white new growth and by summer this colorful new growth darkens to a typical blue-green, thus avoiding sunburn damage in the summer. Ideal for planting in pots and planters as well as for inclusion in rock gardens. Perfect for small gardens. It grows slowly – for 20 years will grow 1 m. in diameter and in height. Can be planted in full sun, but prefers a place, which is shaded from the strong afternoon sun, as this may cause fading. The plant is approx 10 cm.
