Picea omorika 'Karel’ is withmerch dwarf with shorts, dark green needles. It is very slow growing, dense coniferous tree, which makes only approx 5-7 cm. annually. After 10 years you can expect a height of 50-60 mass media 60-70 cm width. Karel is always very dark green. Dwarf conifers are ideal for small gardens, rock gardens, throws and containers. They do not need to be trimmed. They can withstand periods of drought, but they do not like boggy soil and will almost certainly die in wet and compacted ground. Fully resistant to about -34°C.
