Plum “Black Diamond”

The flesh is pale yellow or raspberry pink to deep burgundy red, with exceptional aroma, freshness, juiciness and sweetness. The bone is very small and easily separated. The fruits are characterized by high sugar content (to 30 % higher than similar plum varieties) and high in antioxidants, which is why the variety has been among the most preferred for fresh consumption by consumers in the last decade. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, canning and processing. The variety is very resistant to transportation.
