Spirea crispa, (Spiraea ‘Crispa’), cont. 1,5 l

The plant comes from the family Spiraeaceae and genus Spiraea.

Spiraea japonica ‘Crispa’ is a fast-growing deciduous shrub with numerous straight shoots, which reaches a maximum height of 0,6 m.

The leaves are small, with an oval shape and light green color.

The tip of each leaf appears twisted downward, giving the impression, that the bush consists of curly leaves, which gives the bush a clean and dense shape.

Prefers sunny places, any soil is suitable, but not too wet.

Blooms from July to September. When necessary, it is pruned in early spring, but this variety grows very compact on its own.

Tolerates winter well, does not require shelter.

The Japanese spirea is suitable as a single plant, as well as for group planting.

Looks good in living flowering hedges or, perennial flower beds, and many other landscape compositions.
