Yucca gloriosa 'Variegata' is a perennial, grassy, plant of the lily family. It grows moderately fast, reaching a height of up to 3m. Forms an extremely dense and resistant tuft. The leaves are narrow, highly elongated, with a variegated coloration, ash green in the middle with a whitish border on the periphery and sword-shaped. Flowering is at the end of summer until the month of September, represented by numerous, cup-shaped, white colors, placed in large, elongated inflorescence. The species requires almost no care, except removing the dry leaves. Extremely drought tolerant, cold-resistant and unpretentious to soil conditions. Due to these qualities and the interesting color of its foliage, it is often preferred for landscaping places such as seasonal houses, public gardens etc.
